2. Arjun Kapoor
Although he is Boney Kapoor's son, he did have to struggle with losing weight to make it on the big screen. Before his debut, he weighed a whopping 140 kgs. He slowly and steadily reduced 50 kgs in 3 years before the release of Ishaqzaade. Commendable job, mate!

The gorgeous, the stunning, the beautiful Alia who can make any man go gaga over her also has a heavy past. She was not fit and had a few extra pounds of fat which Karan Johar made her shed in order for him to cast her in Student Of The Year. She worked very hard and lost over 15 kilos in 3 months. Adnan Sami left everyone speechless when he first made appearance as a lean and fit man. Initially, he used to mesmerize people with his voice, but after his weight loss story went viral, people started idolizing him and he soon became a fitness goal for people. 5. Sonakshi Sinha
Born to the Khamosh actor, Sonakshi is a bold and beautiful actress, who has lost a considerable amount of fat. She used to weigh something around 90 kgs which was a lot. She became fat to fit by shedding 30 kilos and gives all the credit for her amazing transformation to Salman Khan.

8. Adhyayan Suman
Son of the forever young man, Shekhar Suman, Adhyayan also had a phase in his life where he struggled with weight. With his father as his role model, he easily lost 45 kgs in less than five months, and currently owns a chiseled, hot body.
9. Bhumi Pednekar
If you ask me my fitness idol, I will tell you this one name ~ Bhumi Pednekar. Hats off to hr guts that she put on about 20 kgs of weight for her first film Dum Laga Ke Haisha. She looked very cute opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in that movie. Breaking all the rules, she lost all her weight in a few months and looks like a diva now!
10. Ram Kapoor
During the time when Kasam Se aired, Ram Kapoor and Prachi Desai became a household name. Even though, Ram was fat, he attracted many ladies and audience loved him. However, he realised the importance of fitness and started 16/8 Intermittent Fasting to lose over 40 kgs. Isn't it crazyy!!!
