We all want beautiful hairs like Rapunzel, don't we?
Having strong and shiny hair is every girl's dream. With time, our hair starts losing their shine due to several internal and external factors. Apart from that weakening of hair roots is also worrisome.
Hair may lose its lustre due to various conditions.
Stress, vitamin deficiency, hard water or UV rays are causes for dull looking hair and so are improper hair care and styling. Only healthy hair with smooth outer cuticles will reflect light. It's this light reflection to which hair owes its deep shine.
In this article, I will talk about some remedies and tips you can opt for to get strong and shiny hairs.

9. Do Not Over-Wash Your Hair
Washing your hair more than thrice a week can make it dull, dry, and lifeless. Stick to washing your hair 2-3 times a week.
10. Let Your Hair Air-Dry
