We all know that appearances do not define our beauty but some of us do get troubled with visible fine lines on our faces, and that's completely OKAY. This one is for those who aren't comfortable with these lines of aging (especially when they appear in your non-aging times) and cannot step out of the house to get it treated. I bring you fool-proof home remedies to get rid of fine lines and achieve healthy and nourished skin. 

 1. Aloe Vera

I think in my previous articles, I've stressed enough on the fact that aloe vera is a savior for all skin problems. It has several healing properties and trust me on this, rubbing aloe gel on the fine-line-area is all you need. 

Honey and Aloe Vera

Mix honey and aloe vera in equal amounts and apply it to your skin before going to bed. Wash after 15-20 mins. Honey works on the fine lines, moisturizes the skin and gives it a natural glow.

Vitamin E capsules and Aloe Vera

Mix together 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel along with one capsule of vitamin E at night before sleeping for best results. Vitamin E capsules contain antioxidants which work well on fine lines and wrinkles and help remove them.

2. Egg white

It is not only good for intake but also works well when applied directly on to the skin.

Apply egg white along with honey or vitamin E capsules on the affected areas and repeat after me: BYE BYE fine lines!

3. Almond/Coconut oil

Apply almond oil or coconut oil onto your skin along with a few drops of any essential oil or a vitamin E capsule. This would help in tightening and moisturizing the skin giving it a younger feel.

4. Massage

Massaging the skin is one of the best ways to say bye to wrinkles and fine lines. Massaging increases the blood flow in the skin and in turn makes skin look youthful.  Massage around the jawline, the forehead, and the cheeks in an upward motion to see best results. 

PS- make sure your skin is moisturized well for the perfect massage.

5. Increase Collagen

It is essential that you eat healthy to look healthy and young. Collagen is protein beneath our skin which maintains the elasticity of the skin.  To increase collagen in your body, it is essential that you add these items in your menu:

  • Citrus fruits
  • Chicken
  • Egg whites
  • Green leafy vegetables
  • Beans
